  • Help with vendor selection and contract negotiations.

  • Wedding budget development + adherence

  • Help with wedding themes and colors

  • 4 total planning meetings

  • A personalized checklist with month-by-month to-dos to keep the couple on track.

  • Timeline development

  • Venue Walkthrough 30-45 days prior

  • 1 Hour rehearsal prior to wedding day

 

The Partial Planner

$2500

Ideal for couples who are loving the panning process, but could use some input from the pros. Let us take care of these other details.

This package starts about 6-8 months out from your wedding.

This package includes:

  • Everything from The Coordinator package PLUS

  • Help with remaining vendor selection

  • A personalized checklist with month-by-month to-dos to stay on track.

  • Wedding budget development + adherence

  • Help with wedding themes and colors

  • 3 total planning meetings

  • Timeline Development

  • Venue Walkthrough 30-45 days prior

  • 1 Hour rehearsal

The Coordinator

The Coordinator package ensures that your day is executed by our team, and committed to making sure that all the details you spent time planning come together perfectly.

This package includes:

  • 1-2 Coordinators for 10 hours of venue site management

    • (Number of Coordinators depend on # of Guests)

  • 1 planning meeting

  • Timeline development

  • Help with setup and breakdown of personal items

  • Vendor confirmation and coordination

  • Unlimited email communication

  • Venue Walkthrough 30-45 days prior

  • 1 Hour rehearsal

A La Cart

(Add on’s) $125/Hour

  • Rehearsal Dinner Coordination

  • Additional planning meetings/hours of coordination for wedding day

  • Scout and research custom vendors for your special day (If booking The Coordinator)

  • Identify hotel accommodations and find block rooms rates for our of town guests.

  • Create personalized wedding website for couple

  • Coordinate transportation for guests/or get away car for couple

  • Ceremony coordination at a different venue

  • Travel Fees (50 Miles Outside of San Antonio)

  • Pick up & drop off personal decor
